Thank you for choosing the Bambi Boutique for your suit needs.  All Bambi Boutique suits and deposits are non-refundable.  Bambi Boutique unfortunately is  no longer able to accept personal checks.  I ship suits USPS, with insurance, and signature required unless other shipping arrangements are requested.  Suits are shipped “as ordered” and any changes will be subject to additional charges.  I am not responsible for durability of fabric, ornamentation, or laundering of suit. Cleaning instructions are recommended, but will not guarantee tanning or other fitness products can be removed from fabric.

Shoes ordered from Bambi Boutique may be exchanged if another size is needed.  The shoes must be in perfect condition to be exchanged.  Please notify me as soon as you need to exchange the shoes and a return form will be sent via email to be placed in the shoe box.  The shoes must be shipped from you directly to the manufacturer.  When the return has been processes the different size will be shipped ASAP.
